We are currently looking for a People care manager (HR manager)

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end core HR process
  • Supervise and lead a team, working closely with Sales Managers to ensure recruitment priorities are aligned with business needs
  • Develop HR policies and procedures in line with industry trends and keep abreast of developments in the field
  • Provide support and guidance to candidates
  • HR projects: core HR process automation, hiring process automation, HR analytics, performance metrics
  • We have a global team, global projects, and global customers. We rarely see each other in person. And we need to connect the diverse cultural backgrounds of all team members. So you will be a key factor in bringing us together
  • From time to time we are in need of individual attention and care. And again, we are waiting for you and your suggestions

We are looking for:

  • Proven work experience as a leader who is willing to get personally involved and provide wise counsel
  • Ability to manage and build processes
  • Ability to extract valuable insights and make decisions based on data-driven information
  • Be a good team player and take responsibility
  • Hands-on experience in creating people performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent English and Russian language skills
  • Consultancy experience is a must
  • Knowledge of the specifics of sourcing candidates in one of the specialty areas of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, etc. is required.
